Heavy Equipment Operator

We are a rapidly growing company so there is plenty of room for advancement as well a performance-based pay increase. During the winter, our crews do a large amount of snow and ice removal on commercial and residential accounts. During the spring, summer, and fall, our landscaping projects range from small residential clients to large commercial clients.

As a heavy equipment operator at All Metro, you can expect to perform a variety of tasks to assist our energetic team. Your main duties would include operating all heavy equipment and assisting the landscaping and snow removal teams with your expertise. Driving is an essential part of the job as well as light maintenance to the heavy equipment that will be provided to you. 

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Degree or Equivalent – preferred 
• 5+ years of mobile equipment operation experience – preferred 
• CDL Class A or Class B with Airbrakes
• Experience with skid steers
• Experience with light maintenance practices, such as lubrication, inspection, fueling, cleaning & welding is beneficial
• Familiarity with landscape and snow removal operations

Position Responsibilities:

• Work in a safe manner to prevent personal and co-worker injury
• Ability to support 24-hour 365-days a week operations
• Perform assigned routine tasks
• Provide recommendations for improvements or prevention of problems
• Daily reporting of activities
• Handle other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $19.00 – $29.00 per hour
